Howard James, Testing and Technical Manager at our service provider, FIRA International, recently held a webinar entitled 'Domestic furniture testing - product safety considerations and compliance'.
The playback from the session is now available.
During the 50 minute session Howard demonstrated how domestic furniture products are tested, and explained how to work to compliance. Through video he gave an insight onto how the FIRA International experts test all types of domestic:
- Tables
- Seating
- Cabinet furniture
- Beds and mattresses
- Children's furniture
- Outdoor furniture
The session closed with an open Q&A which covering a range of diverse topics including flammability and what defines potential misuse of furniture products.
