In its role of a key influencer the Furniture Industry Research Association plays a key role in the British Furniture Confederation (BFC), the single voice of the UK furniture and bedding industry to government.
As the Brexit debate rages on in government and across the media, the BFC’s advisers, Brevia, offer their own analysis of the Government Brexit White Paper published on 12 July – highlighting those specific areas that might directly affect the furniture & furnishings industry.
Only time will tell what the final deal - if any - will look like and how much of these proposals survive scrutiny and negotiation.
