Being a third party within your customer care programme makes us independent and impartial. Our technicians assess every product and situation on a case-by-case basis. They will not favour either the client or the customer.
Their role is to inspect the product, document findings in a report and take photos to show what they have found. If possible the technician will repair any issues there and then. The customer has the opportunity of making any comments on the report, and are asked to sign it to confirm it accurately reflect what happened in the home.
