About the trainer Keith Cooper and experienced adjudicator for The Furniture Ombudsman has extensive specialist knowledge of consumer law acquired through academic study, including a Masters of Laws degree, and his work in alternative dispute resolution within the furniture industry. Professionally he has experience in contract law, retail and blue chip commercial organisations.
