A perfect partner to the Understanding Consumer Law course, this course builds on the topics discussed in the Understanding Consumer Law course but focuses in more detail on the assessment of compensation with specific reference to the principles and theories used.
The course aims to enable delegates to accurately assess the value of complaints with a view to settling these in a quick, efficient and cost effective manner.
