EU Timber Regulation Awareness Training - 20th June 2013
From March 2013 the new EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) will prohibit placing illegally harvested timber and timber products onto the EU market. FIRA's EUTR Awareness Training course is designed to enable organisations to understand their legal obligations when importing, selling and trading timber and timber products in the EU.

Principles of Consumer Law and Understanding Bed and Mattress Complaints Course - September 10th 2013
This one day course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of consumer legislation and the issues surrounding bed and mattress complaints. The course draws upon the experience of The Furniture Ombudsman, which handles hundreds of complaints and disputes a year on beds and mattresses.
