The purpose of TFO training is clear - to empower employees to deal comfortably and confidently with customers, and in turn, reduce the chance of disputes. This is achieved through training by;

- - Providing real, industry-related example cases
The advantage with TFO training over the majority of other consumer law trainers is that the case studies used in our courses are based on common complaints within the industry, such as when is compensation entitled or distinguishing between return, repair or refunds.
