It is FIRA's Senior Technical Manager, Phil Reynolds, who co-ordinates the technical support for FIRA-CMA and ensures that the services offered are of precisely the same high standard as those provided in the UK.

He brings a wealth of expertise to this role, having previously run FIRA's UK product testing team and currently overseeing technical support to the business as a whole - as well as heading the consultancy team which provides environmental, quality, health and safety, business improvement and expert witness services. Phil also chairs a number of standards committees within the UK and Europe, including domestic and contract sectors in the UK and common test methods for furniture within Europe.
