The safety of children is of the utmost importance and one of the primary concerns when buying any product, especially if that product is specifically intended for a child.

People want reassurance that their children will not be placed in potentially hazardous situations when using products such as pushchairs, high chairs, stair gates, reclining cradles, cots and cribs, that are supposed to aid their care. One of the best ways to provide this reassurance is to have a product independently tested.

Having a product tested and trying to understand regulations and legislation such as the General Product Safety Directive (GPSD) can be daunting.
