The Furniture Ombudsman offers a unique range of training packages that can be tailored to suit your own requirements. These are available to all but at reduced rates to The Furniture Ombudsman members. Training can be in-house or, alternatively, training days at The Furniture Ombudsman geared to sales staff, customer service teams or at installation manager level.
