FIRA's care and repair division established over a decade ago, has been rebranded with a new name, logo and promotional material.

FIRA Service Technicians, formerly Home Service Technicians, the customer care operation is used by over 50 companies, some of which are among the biggest names in furniture retailing and manufacturing.
