Furniture Retailer Manns of Cranleigh joins The Furniture Ombudsman
The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO), which aims to inspire consumer confidence in the furniture industry by raising standards and improving service, is pleased to welcome furniture retailer Manns of Cranleigh to its growing list of members.
Manns of Cranleigh was established in 1887, and offers a choice of contemporary and traditional furniture, carpets and rugs, beds and linens as well as ironmongery, fine china and cookware.
By joining The Furniture Ombudsman, Manns of Cranleigh has demonstrated their commitment to the consumer. Through their membership, the retailer has agreed to follow the scheme's Code of Practice and pledged to act responsibly within the furniture industry.
