Andy Corbett
Commercial Director - Furniture Conversion Vita Cellular Foams (UK)
Andy Corbett has run Prima Foam since 2005 and became commercial director of Vita Cellular Foams in 2010. Joining the foam industry in 1995 he has worked for companies such as Hairlok, Woodbridge, Prima Foam, Kay-Metzeler and Vita Cellular Foams.
Andy started work in the foam industry as a prototype engineer specializing in moulded furniture seating, quickly progressing on to the sales team. Andy is now responsible for the development of new foam products and business opportunities within the furniture industry. After organising the FIT (Furniture Industry Trust) annual fishing match since 2003 and running the first National 3 Peaks Challenge in 2010, Andy became a director of the Charity.
He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers and sits on the Manufacturing Training Committee. Andy has been a FIRA council member since 2006. His hobbies include Walking, Shooting, Swimming, Diving, Windsurfing and Canoeing. Andy is an avid rugby fan and supports Bedford Blues Rugby team.
