Are you a strong, capable Sales Manager who can produce exceptional results and customer service? If so, CSL The Sofa Specialists are looking for talented individuals to enter our unique Designate Development Programme to learn all aspects of Sales and Store Management to become a successful CSL Store Manager.

We are expanding fast and to enhance our successful and growing team, we are always looking for talented, professional & passionate Store Managers who have a strong desire and belief to be the best, providing excellent customer service and have a real flair for managing and motivating a team of Sales Professionals.

We are continuing the growth and development of our company by both increasing sales and opening new stores. You should have a proven record of achieving pre-set targets within the sales arena and the ability to continuously inspire, train and develop your team.
