Pledge Xcross Chair
Xross (pronounced Cross) was created by Pledge in response to the need for affordable soft seating that was and is environmentally friendly.
Designed by Michael Arding - Design & Development Manager and manufactured in-house a Xross is part of their new Edge Design range of soft and break out seating from Pledge Office Chairs. Xross offers a fully 
functional, retrospective design that is distinctively different from its contemporaries within the industry.
Pledge pride themselves in being a "true" office seating manufacturer, as they have the capability to produce in house both metal and wooden components. To this end all the components used in the Xross chair have been manufactured in-house from the raw materials; the steel for the frame is formed and painted on site at Pledge, as well as the internal wooden frames.
This offers not only effective pricing but also significantly reducing the effect on the environment, which is key aspect of Pledge's ongoing commitment to reducing waste and energy. Indeed, as one of the most self-sufficient seating manufacturing plants in the UK, Pledge is confident in their ability to control their impact on the environment.
